WHAT IS THIS BLOG ABOUT....

This blog was created to share  the art work  of my mother smt.Ramani Ranganathan ( Rama) ..

For Known  friends and relatives who are going to open this blog - for them no introduction is required.

For others..

Ramani , from child hood she had passion towards Art .With Home tuition she finished her diploma in fine Arts ..in 1950’..!! also did  Teachers Training course in drawing  She is not only an Artist also a story writer .She has written many  stories jokes and articles about Art in several magazines . She has  published 6 books in ART ..

Ramani’s paintings displayed in Lalith kala Academy exhibitions..Her art work had market in  Kuralagam, VTI and Poompuhar show rooms

2008 she  had stroke . My father V.Rangachari is her best support -not only in art....Now she is able to do her second innings in Art with his help only ..
